Pre-Warranty Expiration Inspections
Warranty inspections are similar to New Construction inspections but are performed prior to the expiration of you new home warranty. This lets the owner know of any items that need to be addressed by the builder before the home warranty expires
New Construction Inspection
In some cases new homes can take from a few months to a couple of years or more to complete. New Construction Inspections are performed just before settlement and make the buyer aware of any items that need to be addressed by the builder prior to settlement. It's a good idea to make sure all the utilities are on, so that they can be properly inspected at that time.
For Banks, Mortgage Companies etc. we will verify that the construction process has been completed to the appropriate phase and report our findings with pictures, so that the appropriate funds can be released.
If you live outside of the area, and are having a home built on the Delmarva Pennisula, we will monitor the construction progress. We will provide you with a detailed report, including pictures, to keep you abreast of the progress of your new home. Giving you peace of mind in knowing that the construction progress is on schedule and is being done right.
Investor Property Inspections (including Multi-Unit Housing)
